THE UNIT

This 1500sf unit features:
- 1 King bed in the first bedroom;
- 2 QUEEN beds in the second bedroom;
- LIVING ROOM with a COUCH (not a sofa bed);
- DINING AREA with a table for 6;
- 2 full bathrooms;
- Spacious BALCONY;
- Fully equipped KITCHEN with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator;
- Housekeeping services ($145 per service plus 7% tax);
- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchen utensils, plates, cookware, and glasses are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!

THE PROPERTY

Enjoy access to all the resort amenities including:
- Direct BEACH access from the property;
- Huge swimming POOL (unheated) with loungers, umbrellas, and tables;
- 2 beach chairs per unit, beach towels;
- Beach umbrella rental is $20;
- On-site breakfast CAFE and convenience STORE;
- Spacious FITNESS CENTER;
- 24/7 FRONT DESK and security;
- LAUNDRY FACILITY on every floor ($2.50/cycle);
- Self-parking is available (parking slot reservation is not required in advance) and costs USD 40 per day;
- Bath towel exchange (upon request);
- Metered PUBLIC PARKING lot is located only 2 blocks away, it is free from 6 pm until 8 am and $1/hour during the day. Please read the meter before leaving the car since the price can change during the holiday and special events.
- At this time, wearing face coverings is not mandatory, but we encourage our guests to use them for their safety and the safety of others;
- The swimming pool (unheated) is open from 09:30 AM - 07:00 PM;
- Beach access is open for guests;
- The towel is available 1 per person/ chair at the pool on is first come first serve basis.
- 2 Beach chairs per reservation and a Beach towel is available 1 per person;
- Umbrellas are not complimentary, umbrellas are available for $18 per use;
- The fitness center is open from 07:00 AM - 09:00 PM, a maximum of 5 guests are allowed;
- The daily housekeeping is suspended but can offer replenishment upon request;
- The restaurant is open from Friday to Sunday only from 09:00 AM - 02:00 PM.

PLEASE NOTE: The pickle ball / tennis court will be permanently closed and it’ll not be included in the resort fees.

In need of repair and communication

The property manager was not responsive leading up to our arrival. There were inaccuracies in the listing,- we wanted oceanview and requested as such. Website showed this was a $35 up charge. We were then told it was $60 so I sent a print screen of the $35 and never received a response after multiple follow ups. Upon check in, we were not given an oceanview room as requested. The room was not as pictured, broken furniture, cracked tiles, dirty carpet, dirty towels, etc. The air conditioner sounded like an airplane taking off and had dust hanging off the air filter. Maintenance did come right up to replace the air filter which was nice. The unit was not very well appointed with no hand towels, only 3 glasses for a 4 person 2 bedroom unit. There is nothing nearby, there is no store in the place and the restaurant was closed most of the time. The pros - the pool and beach area were well kept. We enjoyed the tennis courts and gym.

Buyer Beware...

Property is very old and run-down. Unit comes with just enough amenities to be frustrating. It's not really ready for someone to stay without a trip to the store for some basics. A few coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels and windex or something to clean with would be nice additions. Having someone available to address the fire alarm chirping all night would be great as well. The saving grace is the beach access - everything else is consistent with a much lower tier property. Do not recommend at this price point.

Overall a great experience

Property was spotless clean and as described. I wish we had more stores and restaurants near by, but we were able to stock the fridge and order food deliveries which worked out great for us!
