We decided to go to on a weekend getaway to the Entrance last min and we found the coast luxury apartment 19 available, even thiugh it was pricey we had being there before hence why we booked it. We booked this apartment as it had a rooftop and thats more private and kids and i were really looking forward to it. The next morning after we had arrived we find out that the pool was closed. We got in contact with the agent but no luck. The kids were sooo upset. I would never book there again. The shower wasn't working and the beds weren't all that clean. I would advise to callUp and ask if everything they claim comes with this apartment is working. As a returning customer i did not expect this from the agency. Very unprofessional.

The fridge wasn’t working on the second day. We got there after messaging and trying to call them numerous times thinking someone would come out to fix it. We ended up throwing about 500 worth of food that we couldn’t keep in the fridge not to mention bag after bag of ice to keep the food cool and drinks and the air condition was not working very upsetting. I could not keep anything in the fridge
