良かった点

良かった点 とにかくどこもかしかも綺麗に清掃されていました。ただ1点、ホットプレートが焦げたまんまでした。アメニティも揃っており、寝室も多く、また屋上にはコンセントがあり、不便がなかったです。ドラッグストアやコンビニも車があればすぐに行けるので周辺施設は充実していると思います。 悪かった点 階段の昇降する音が大きく寝れない人は厳しいかもしれません。階段も角が鋭いので高齢者やお子さんには向いてないと思います。 高速から降りて現地へ到着という所で、入り組んだ狭い路地だったのでミニバンなどの大きな車などは遠回りする必要があると思います。 若者、中年層はかなり快適に過ごせると思います。

清掃はされているのかと思いますが、そこそこ大きなゴミやカピカピになったお米が落ちていたりしてました。 浴室はかなり臭く、水垢がかなり残っていました。 その辺は丁寧に清掃していただけると助かります。 宿泊者の方でも清掃できるようにコロコロとか簡単な清掃用具とかも置いておいてもらえると尚良いかと思います。 アメニティとしては、パジャマがなかったので不便でした。 あらかじめ「パジャマをご用意ください」などと記載していただくか、簡易的なものでも構わないのでご用意いただけると助かります。 また、 洗濯物を干すものが足りてないと思います。 洗濯乾燥機でしたが、洗濯しかしない派なので干せる物干し竿などもあったら良いなと感じました。 ジェルボール洗剤が暑さでやや溶けていたのですが、そこは難しいところですね。 設備資料などあって良かったのですが、タクシー会社や緊急連絡先などもあると良いなと思いました。 そのほかはキレイで広く過ごしやすかったです。 また予約が取れるタイミングがあれば伺いたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

新しい施設の為すごくきれいで、アメニティも充実していました。キッチン用品やお皿等もすべて揃っていて料理をするのにも不便がなかったです。 屋上から見える富士山も絶景で、とてもリフレッシュできました！またリピートしたいと思います！

全体的には、とても良かったと思います

全体的には、とても良かったと思います。下記の2点だけ気になりました。 道は狭くて、車で通った時に心配がありました。こちらは仕方ないかもしれませんが、改めてお客さんにお知らせをしたほうが良いかと思います。 予約した部屋に着いた時、チェックインのタブレット端末が建物内にあることを分からなかった。また、玄関に配置すると、見つかりやすいと思います。
