Guests access via a secure building and lock box located outside the apartment. The instructions will be sent to you 3 days out from your arrival.
We are available on call between 8am and 9pm to assist you during your stay. Otherwise you will have complete privacy and the apartment to yourself.
Apt 24 Penthouse apartment is located in Arthurs Point which is a short drive into downtown Queenstown. This is a residential area that has some local options for dining (Canyons Brewery, Raku Pizza, Broken Heart Gin Cafe) a bowling alley (inside the Swiss Bel Resort opposite the apartment complex) and the Onsen Hot Pools (right next door)
A car is the best way to see all the local attractions and is an easy drive to Queenstown or Arrowtown. There is a bus right outside the complex that can take bikes and cost just $2 per trip with a BEE card. These can be purchased from the main bus stop in Queenstown. It is also worth noting that a lot of local tourist activities will pick up you from this area (bike and winery tours, ski shuttles, rafting etc)

Comfortable apartment in a handy location to both Queenstown and Arrowtown. Great facilities and beds were really comfy. Was really reasonably price in school holidays for such a nice apartment, would definitely stay again.

Amazing view and good location for ski. We all love it very much. Especially the fire place and the warm towel rack. Very clean and tidy apartment. Host is very responsive and friendly. We already missed it loads. Definitely will come back next time. It's a more than 5 star stay.
The apartment was as described. Clean and modern, good amenities and well stocked kitchen. Walking distance to Onsen pools and a short drive into Queenstown. Balcony with some view of mountains and could stargaze at night.
Communication with Katrina and team was very easy and they usually responded within a few hours or less.
Only minor issues with car spaces being very narrow so it was difficult getting bub in and out of the car. Would also have been nice to have some shelves to unpack our suitcases into. There were a few hangers though.
Would definitely recommend to small families and would return again.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Place was very clean, modern and comfortable. Check in process was super easy, communication with the property manager was excellent. Would stay here again. Close to Coronet Peak, Arrrowtown and Queenstown. Would highly recommend. Thanks!
Nice tidy apartment. Had everything that you need when staying for a long amount of time. Warm, comfortable could see a view of the mountains from the main sitting area. Could have done with a another TV in the second room for the kids to have there own space after a day out but other then that it was perfect for our lil Family.
