The third and final bedroom on this floor features both a queen bed and day bed with trundle (2 singles) with en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. At the ground level is the entry to the large private pool with extensive pool deck, mini fridge for all your beverages, loungers, cozy seating, hammock, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a designated grill area with gas grill and prep table. Under house parking and extra parking pad at driveway. This home is just steps away from the maintained beach path that takes you straight to the beach boardwalk.
