The strengths of apartment Stanival 'are: calm, fireplace, the view (no vis-screw), deck, beams, high ceilings, broadband Internet, WiFi, car park closed box in the building included a small building well maintained, large cozy room on the mezzanine ... The apartment 'Stanival is pleasant, convenient and comfortable throughout the winter. Description:
- In the hall of the apartment, a room with parquet flooring, window shutters, large closet, coat rack and a single bed + a trundle bed.
- Then a corridor leading to separate toilet, bathroom with tub and wall heater towel, kitchen length with fridge, oven, 4 hotplates and everything needed for cooking.
- In the living room fireplaces; wooden floors; a dining table which can accommodate 4 or 6 people; a sitting area with a sofa (convertible into double bed) and a wall mounted TV with integrated DVD (package of 100 channels TV ADSL), all magnified by a ceiling height of 5m clearance. A large window without any opposite can see the mountains and receive the sun in the morning.
- On the terrace: a table and two chairs to enjoy the view.
- Upstairs a large bedroom with a brand new carpet and beams enhance this friendly volume. In the room: double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and cupboards allow any store to enjoy this vast space.

Fantastic outlook in quiet area

We had a fantastic stay the apartment was lovely and peaceful tucked away with the an outlook of farmland and mountains. Very quick walk into val disere. Facilities were excellent along with private garage which was really important to house our mountain bikes. Would agree with previous visitors about the steps in the apartment 😊 would definitely recommend. Stan was also very quick to respond to any questions so overall a great find. Emma

Nice place near Val d'Isere

Excellent location, close enough to Val d'Isere, but not in the middle of all the action, and ski lifts are practically across the street. The apartment is at the end of the small complex (only 18 units), so it's quiet and has a good view. It is well stocked with everything you need, except a washing machine. Although it could hold more, the size is perfect for 2 or 3 people. If you visit in the off-season, be aware that many local businesses are closed and that temperatures can be chilly. We did not meet the owner, but he is easy to communicate with and responds quickly.

Arrivés de nuit nous avons galéré pour trouver la résidence. pas de numéros dans la rue et pas de signalétique. Jeu de pise par moins 13° qui nous à refroidis. Domage car à part ça tout était parfait.

Appartement douillet, idéalement situé. Départ de nombreuses de randonnées au pied de la location ainsi qu'une vue magnifique sur les montagnes, nous pouvions entendre du balcon les marmottes siffler. Location recommandée.

Super logement + emplacement !

Excellent séjour passé dans cet appartement calme et bien décoré. Les équipements sont de qualité, le parking très pratique, l'emplacement parfait pour aller skier ou faire ses courses à pied et la vue est magique! Tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour réussir des vacances en famille! Hâte d'y retourner.

Wir hatten zu Viert eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung und hatten sehr gute Unterstützung durch Stanislas (wegen der Kälte haben wir einen extra Heizkörper benötigt, welche rasch organisiert wurde).

Je ne suis que satisfait de mon séjour dans cette structure d'accueil, Monsieur Stanislas DE ROURE a été toujours présent pour mes sollicitations, que se soit par Mail ou SMS . Il a fait le nécessaire pour que sa collaboratrice sont présente lors de mon arrivée sur la Daille à Val d'Isère .Je recommande fortement ce logement pour les futurs vacanciers d'hiver ou d'été .Un grand merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité qui ont été deux critères déterminants pour notre séjour .

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à quatre dans cet appartement de montagne authentique. Les plus: - proximité des remontées mécaniques (TC la daille et funiculaire) qui permettent de monter rapidement en haut des pistes - la cheminée pour se réchauffer devant un bon feu de bois le soir en rentrant - vaisselle et électroménager au top, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner - lits confortables et couettes bien chaudes

Ideal location, well equipped

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was well organised and well equipped. The owner was reliable and helpful. Little touches such as cleaning items, coffee etc., were there on arrival. Just felt generous. I would not be comfortable with 6 of us, but I am old! It is a very typical apartment for skiing where 6 or 7 people could stay but I would recommend less. I would come again, and thankyou.

Endroit parfait pour des vacances tranquilles.

Appartement très agréable et bien aménagé. Parfait pour couple avec 2 ou 3 enfants. Il se trouve dans le quartier calme de La Baisse et proche des télésièges. Un bus gratuit vous amène dans le centre et à l'accès des autres pistes à Val d'Isère. On y retournera volontièrement.

Appartement de charme au pied des pistes

Très bel appartement alliant le charme de la décoration de la montagne à la modernité! Je retiendrais de notre séjour dans cet appartement: -Son accès facile pour décharger via le parking situé en dessous. -Son côté spacieux et chaleureux, le confort de sa literie, sa décoration soignée. -Sa situation au pied des pistes (à deux pas du funival, d'un télésiège) et au bas d'un excellent domaine skiable. -Son calme le soir permettant de très bonnes nuits. -La disponibilité de son propriétaire qui veille au bon déroulement du séjour. Bref d'excellentes vacances dans un très bel endroit. Nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir...

Location tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, Bien située, au calme avec une très jolie vue Pistes accessibles à pieds en 5 minutes, cours enfant aussi Station charmante et accueillante Stanislas est un propriétaire très réactif et très présent, merci ! Super apartment

Fantastic apartment. Everything we missed in other rentals was here. Lots of storage, lovely decoration without loads of useless furniture. Even sharp knives and a kettle! Only "feedback" would be the lack of photo of steep stairs. If you had little kids you wouldn't be happy (ours are big!) and yet no mention of the stairs on web site. But for us the apartment was super!
