The perfect affordable getaway down on the Bellarine Peninsula awaits. This 2 bedroom free standing unit named ‘The Shack’ is everything you need for a family/couples getaway down the coast. You will love being only a 100m walk to Ocean Grove beach and 300m from the main shops on The Terrace.

The Space:
The Shack is an ideal unit situated only a stones throw from the beach and main shops. Fully equipped kitchen and split system heating/cooling will make your stay comfortable.

Internally the property consists of 2 bedrooms, Main with Queen bed and 2nd bedroom with Dual single bunks, 4 x singles in total. The property ideally sleeping up to 6 guests.
The main bathroom features walk in shower, vanity with toilet. There is also an internal laundry with washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, plates, pans, cutlery, cups etc and features electric cooking, fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space.

Outside there is parking for one car off-street at rear and patio area at front of the property. Sorry no BBQ currently available.

The property is surrounded by long term neighbours and families so best suited to a family or couple. Large groups will not be accepted.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire unit and yard. Access via the drive down left side of main house and parking at rear of property. Drive is common property so please do not obstruct.

The property is situated in main Ocean Grove. Ocean Grove is a seaside town in Victoria, Australia, located on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore the greater Bellarine area.
