The apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay of 8 guests includes: 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds toilet and shower in each room. Spacious living room with 2 folding sofas. Toilet in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and household appliances. Large dining table, swimming pool. Relaxation area by the pool, 1 free parking space. On the territory of the residence, there are Golf courses (the entire area of the residence is 1.8 million square meters) Lakes Tennis court A large communal swimming pool with a children's area, showers, restrooms, comfortable sunbeds, and beds by the water. Mini Market Restaurant and Cafe The whole area is surrounded by golf courses, lakes, and lush vegetation. Free access to the elite Melia beach bypasses (5 minutes by car). The apartment is located in close proximity to the famous public beach of Bavaro (about 10-15 minutes by car) Please note: Electricity is charged separately according to the meter. We can help you with renting a car during your vacation in the Dominican Republic, transfer (these services are negotiated in advance when booking an apartment)
