Welcome to the “Kozy Kave "! Stay fairly close to everything in Kawartha lakes but far enough to enjoy a relaxing trip tucked away in a private bay on Burnt River. Drive down our scenic roads or boat up the river from a nearby launch to get to our getaway spot . With a 30ft private entry to the river and a dock for boarding , water access will not be a concern. With a fully stocked kitchen, large rooms for bunking, and fun activities; enjoy our Kozy Kave with your friends and family.

Great time!

The home was clean, well ventilated and provided us everything we needed. Our family really enjoyed the games room, backyard and fire pit.

Kozy Kove

Great place on the river where you can float all day! Nice size back yard for lawn games and large fire pit! Lots of places to sleep. Overall good experience for a long weekend with friends.

superbowl wknd

we a small group of seniors who plan a super bowl wknd. There were 6 of us. The property was clean, warm and easy to find. Having said that, here are a couple of observations I would make about the property. The TV was a very important requisite for us due to us planning on watching the super bowl together as we have done for many years. We could not get the TV to work, phoned the owner, he couldn't really help us, so we called on our tech buddy, and he was able to set up the tv streaming from our phone. The utensils were lacking, only 1 knife, 1 cutting board, 2 small frying pans and no tea towels to dry dishes. These are all small fixes and relatively cheap to stock.
