Our family villa will surprise you with its sunshine, its calm and its environment.
It is located in an enclosed accessible by a private road.
The villa has a spacious living room with many windows, open dining room, bedroom with shower and toilet, kitchen and pantry.
Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and a play area.
The garden of 16 acres is divided into a flowered area worked and raised with terrace and a second zone with high dune terrace.

We are still talking about our vacation!!!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood located in a nice town. You can bike to town to get your fresh baguette and/or look at the ocean! The home is comfortable and so pleasant with lots of natural light and relaxing coastal landscaping. Very clean and very pretty! Highly recommend! We will be back !! ;)

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Unterkunft, tolle Ausstattung von Küche und sonstigen Gebrauchsgegenständen (alles da!), netter Kontakt mit den Gastgebern, schöner Garten und ruhige Wohngegend. Die Treppe wäre für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht geeignet. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke!

A beautiful house on a beautiful place

We had a very nice holiday in this beautiful house. We were warm welcomed by the charmingly friendly owners. The house is clean and very well equiped for a comfortabel stay. I recommend it for everyone who wants comfort, privacy, space and restful surroundings.

Excellent two weeks in Hardelot

An extremely comfortable, well-maintained and well-equipped home, just as nice as it looks on the listing. The location is lovely and an excellent base for exploring this interesting area. We enjoyed having bikes available to visit the castle and the beach (via the boulangerie!) on dedicated cycle tracks. Communications with our hosts were excellent, and they very kindly allowed us to charge our electric vehicle from their garage which was much appreciated in an area where local public chargers are sparse. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

Relaxing holiday in a perfect and spacious holiday home

We've had a lovely stay at Kathleen and Jean-Marie's family holiday home. They gave us a lovely welcome and explained how things worked within the house. The house was very spacious and amenities in the kitchen we're excellent! We were so grateful that they allowed us to use their 5 bikes in the garage- perfect for getting to Condette, Hardelot Chateau and Hardelot plage. The house was perfect location to explore Boulogne, Le Tourquet etc. We would definitely return if we wanted to explore this region again.

Vacances en famille

Séjour très agréable malgré la météo maussade en début de vacances. La villa spacieuse a permis à tous, grands et petits de passer de très bons moments. La proximité du centre équestre est très appréciable. Hardelot reste un lieu sympa de villégiature avec sa magnifique plage et son ambiance détendue. On reviendra.

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber. In der Küche gibt es reichlich Geschirr und Kochutensilien. Das haben wir im Urlaub auch schon anders erlebt. Das Grundstück ist sehr schön und hat mehrere gemütliche Ecken zum verweilen. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war überaus freundlich. Wir können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour. La maison est parfaite et tres bien equipee il ne manque de rien. Le jardin est tres appreciable et a l'abri du vent. La plage est a 5 minutes en voiture. Notre fille de 2 ans et demie etait triste de quitter la maison de vacances. Les propriétaires sont tres accueillant. En bref, aucun point negatif. Merci !

De beaux jours à Hardelot

La maison se trouve dans un quartier beau et calme. La maison elle-même est comfortable et très bien équipée. Il y a un simple et beau jardin dans lequel on aime être. Avec les propriétaires nous avons eu de contact uniquement par écrit, mais nous avions l’impression qu’ils sont très agréables et comprehensifs. En tout: la maison est vraiment recommandée ! Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben mit fünf Erwachsenen eine Ferienwoche an Frankreichs Nordküste verbracht und dabei in dem schönen Ferienhaus von Kathleen und Jean-Marie Charles in Neufchâtel-Hardelot gewohnt. In dem geräumigen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Haus mit dem schön angelegten Garten haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist perfekt, auch für diejenigen, die gerne aufwändiger kochen. Der offene Ess- und Wohnbereich ist großräumig mit bequemen Möbeln, im Garten gibt es ebenfalls ausreichend Mobiliar. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, so dass man zu allen Zeiten auch im Garten ungestört ist. Zudem stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung, mit denen man schnell nach Hardelot-Plage – und auch weiter - fahren kann. Besonders angenehm war der freundliche Kontakt zu Kathleen und Jean-Marie Charles, dafür noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön!
