Muito boa

Apartamento está em excelente localização em frente a melhor praia de Maricá e ao lado do canal e pontos turísticos como o Farol de Maricá. Tem comércio e restaurantes perto que se chega à pé. Limpeza do apartamento e prédio é ótima. No apartamento tem utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários para a estadia. Uma sacada para ver a praia e o por do sol que é maravilhoso. Uma bucha ótima nas dependências do prédio para se tirar areia da praia. Só fiquem atentos que é no quarto andar e não daria para idosos que não pode subir escadas.
