We loved this condo. Very nice place and well equipped for our family that stayed “in” most of the time. Kitchen is well stocked with basic needs and everything was kept clean. And of course we couldn’t ask for a better location and view! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you again for allowing us to visit.

Military MoM ~ Home Away from Home

I needed a place to care for my son (stationed at Camp Lejeune) post hip surgery. This condo was our blessing! My son needed a place to sleep, rest and recuperate and I needed to be able to care for him without worrying. The view was amazing and the opportunity to rest and recover was achieved… this condo is just what the doctor ordered! Texas loves this condo ❤️🇺🇸💙 God Bless Our Troops!

Nice and quiet stay

My daughter was attending the Sea Turtle Camp (highly recommend), and I needed a place to stay for the week while she was there. This place was perfect for just me. I was able to work right next to the beach, and I often took conference calls while I walked along the shore. The location is private and quiet, and the beach is absolutely beautiful. I love that they are making such a conscious effort to restore the dunes and keep the sea turtles and other wildlife safe and protected. The unit is a bit dated and could definitely use a good deep clean, but overall was fine. I did have to call the property manager a couple of times, but she was super nice and was Johnny on the spot about anything I needed. She was very nice and always super accessible. I really appreciated that. Some places take forever to get back to you, and Beth answered in one to two rings! If you’re looking for something a little less expensive and don’t mind something a little less kept up, this would be great. If you would like something a little more updated, I probably would spend the extra couple hundred dollars for a different unit. We all have our preferences. Again, it was absolutely fine for the week, and I loved the service I received from the management company. I just would probably do a different unit in the same location next time!

“Be kind”

Today I leave the beautiful home of Topsail, and I leave with a very valuable lesson. And that lesson is to just “be kind “.  You see, when we rented our condo and the construction crew started tearing down decks, running generators, putting up ladders, running big machinery, ect. I’m not even gonna lie. I was quite aggravated because this wasn’t the vacation that we were told we were going to get.  Long story short,  these construction crews are only doing their jobs. They are not there to ruin anyone’s vacation or try to make anyone lives miserable. And after I watched them for a few hours, I noticed how extremely hard they were working in this unbearable heat. Which prompted me to immediately try to do something nice for them. So for eight days I stocked a cooler, full of water and Gatorade, packed with ice for them and left on my balcony.  And I also left little goodies for them each day as well.  Needless to say, we all became good friends, I had a wonderful vacation, and as I head home, I will miss them dearly.  I hope, as some of you are reading this, that you will do the same for them as they truly appreciate it. Please “Be Kind” 😊

Vacation

Quiet location and friendly area. The condo was decorated very nice but it had a musky smell possibly due to having a window air unit and not central air. The portable air conditioner in the bedroom did not cool very well. Overall, my son and I had an enjoyable vacation and was satisfied with the property. The check in process was smooth and the property manager was very nice and easy to contact.
