This Beautiful Poolside Condo is ready to be your home away from home for your summer vacation!

This fully air-conditioned unit is perfectly situated for your family or friends with two spacious bedrooms and an additional sleeping area in the loft. The unit is equipped with a renovated kitchen with island and granite countertops. Enjoy the mounted flatscreen TV in the air-conditioned living room. The Master Bedroom is air conditioned and features a king bed, ensuite bathroom and balcony facing the beautiful courtyard. The second floor has a full-size washer & dryer, full size bathroom and second bedroom. The second bedroom is air conditioned, has two twin beds and a Smart TV (No cable, but streaming services available). There is a third-floor loft that is air conditioned with a full-size futon for additional sleeping areas.

Pool Hours are seasonal. ONLY open on weekends in the month of June. Closed after Labor Day.

There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
