Fully renovated boathouse boasts 2 slips with lifts, downstairs bar & powder room, dockside TV with ample boat parking. Above boathouse there is a full kitchen, living area, gym, bathroom and two large bedrooms

Property can sleep 16 people comfortably (4 in boathouse, 2 in guest cottage, and 10 in main cottage). There is also a nanny suite in basement with its own ensuite. The master bedroom has an ensuite, as well as a walk out to the deck.
