Ripples is located with the iconic Park Beach at the end of the street, just an 8 minute walk away or 2 minutes drive. Park Beach is patrolled at one end and is a favourite for local surfers.

Designed over 2 levels, downstairs consists of an open plan living area with comfy lounges and large TV. The kitchen is equipped with a Breville Espresso Master coffee machine so you can wake up to good coffee. The kitchen has everything you need to make preparing meals easy, stainless steel appliances, a granite benchtop and a dishwasher. There is also a large laundry room with a washing machine and drier.

Upstairs are three generous bedrooms, a family bathroom with a bathtub, and a study nook perfect for working from home or some quiet time.

There is room for 2 cars with a single lock-up garage and an additional parking spot next to the townhouse.
Ripples is located in a quiet residential area and is the last townhouse in a row of two-level attached units.

It is a 2-minute drive to Park Beach Plaza with over 120 speciality stores, Aldi, Woolworths and BWS , and is a 7-minute walk to the iconic Hoey Moey Pub and Park Beach.

Ripples is a short drive to famous Coffs Harbour attractions such as The Big Banana and the Dophin Marine Conservation Park and a great base to see all of the Coffs Coast beautiful beaches and attractions.

The trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom for the 6th guest is really only suitable for a child.

PET-FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION:
This property is Pet-Friendly. A Pet Fee of $110 is payable, which is a one-off fee per pet for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days). There is also an additional pet bond of $500.
