Classic Cape Cottage Only 200 Yards to Sea St. Beach!
Enjoy the warmer waters of Nantucket Sound! This three bedroom home has four twin sized beds and a TV set in the first bedroom, two twin sized beds in the second sleeping area and a Queen sized bed in the primary bedroom. The property has two bathrooms with showers and in addition also an outdoor shower, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove, fridge, washing machine, toaster etc.
You have a separate dining room and of course a living room with comfortable couches.
The backyard is fenced and offers you outdoor dining and a Charcoal grill.
This free standing, single level residence is located on Shad Hole Road in Dennis Port. Enjoy an old-fashioned summer rental on Old Cape Cod.
West Dennis Village offers another flavor to the town's already unique four villages. It is the home to the famous West Dennis Beach, the West Dennis Yacht Club, and some restaurants like the Pelham House and the Ocean House overlooking Nantucket Sound.
With water access everywhere, there is every opportunity to enjoy your “time in the sun”.
It is also the home to the Bass River Inlet providing access to Grand Cove, Kelly's Bay and Follins Pond. You'll find another major marina on the Bass River with direct access to Nantucket Sound. Don't forget to try out some of the waterfront dining spots along the river's edge.
