Falta de utensílios

Eu, meu esposo e nossos dois filhos pequenos ficamos hospedados por 9 diárias no imóvel. O apartamento é fiel as fotos, chuveiros e aparelhos de ar condicionado funcionaram bem durante a estada. O primeiro problema foi o sofá, muito duro, extremamente desconfortável (não existe mais espuma no assento), tivemos que dobrar todas as cobertas existentes no imóvel e coloca-las sobre o assento para conseguir nos sentar. A cozinha também fiel as fotos com eletrodomésticos em bom funcionamento e uma quantidade significativa de armários. Porém todos vazios, existe uma escassez gigante de utensílios no imóvel, e o mínimo que há apresenta grandes problemas (quebrados e enferrujados). Não é possível fazer preparos de alimentos no mesmo, até mesmos os mais simples como fritar um ovo, ou fazer uma gelatina. Não há 1% do básico de utensílios de uma cozinha. Precisei ir até o centrinho dos ingleses e comprar utensílios básicos para me virar durante a estada. Seria bem interessante colocar na descrição do imóvel que não é possível fazer o preparo de alimentos que necessite de qualquer tipo de utensílios pois o mesmo não disponibiliza.
