This lovely urban farmhouse was perfect for our concert getaway. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean and well appointed. We loved the fact that there were 2 bathrooms for our 5 guests. The location was great with easy access to all of the places we needed to go during our stay. I also appreciated the garage for parking my vehicle.

Girls getaway

Comfort of Home

Janelle’s place is like our Saskatoon home. Whenever we come to Saskatoon we try to stay here because it provides us everything we need to relax and enjoy having our friends and family come visit us: backyard fire pit, barbeque, deck, well stocked kitchen and great location.

A few days in saskatoon for a wedding. This was the perfect for our family of 5. Very well equiped, and very clean. Garage for parking. Close to 8th street. Will defenatly look at this place again in the future.

Perfect house and location

We were in Saskatoon for the Canadian Ultimate Championships and had the pleasure of staying at the Urban Farmhouse. The house was very comfortable and it is in a very nice neighbourhood close to everything. I would stay here again if I am ever in Saskatoon.

Nice home in a good location

This was a good place to stay for our family vacation. It was cozy, clean and comfortable. It easily accommodated 5 adults. The ceilings were a bit low in the basement if you are tall, but were not an issue for us. The host was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to all of our questions/concerns. We would recommend this location to anyone needing a place to stay in Saskatoon.

Fall in 'Toon

Had a quick trip to Toon to visit parents and work. The home was easy spot to get around too. Working from there was nice, good wifi etc. Comfortable place would stay again

Great stay

The house was really nice. Awesome location and quick drive to Victoria avenue to cross a pretty bridge and then you are right downtown. The beds were comfy and the sheets were a really nice quality. Plenty of room to move around and the back yard was a nice space to hang out.

A Home Away from Home

This beautiful character home in a mature district was the perfect place for our weekend in the city. We only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the back yard! It was perfect for the grandkids. The toys and great kids books made for such an easy time away. We will be back!

The Urban Farmhouse was the perfect place for our family of 5 - from the layout, to the fully stocked kitchen, the location, and the little details (like children's books, toys, decor), we had everything we could have hoped for in a home away from home. The location and access to the river, parks, and restaurants cannot be beat - especially if you are looking to move around on foot or bike. And the backyard set-up, with a cute fire pit, plenty of seating and a detached garage, made this property that much more enjoyable and comfortable.

Cute and spacious urban farmhouse

We loved our stay it was a very nice well maintained property with comfortable beds and everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. The location is great in a quiet neighbourhood and within close walking distance to many restaurants and stores we would definitely stay there again when we’re back in Saskatoon.

Great Place!

This was the perfect accommodations for our crew of 3 that came in for a tradeshow. Excellent communication with the property manager Janelle which I always appreciate. Very accommodating. Nice quiet neighborhood. Overall we will definitely look at staying again when we are back in Saskatoon.
