Wonderful front porch affords you privacy, yet allows you to relax, unwind and watch the world go by. The home has been renovated from top to bottom, everything is brand new. Curl up on the sectional and watch a movie together or hang out on the porch for morning coffee. Gourmet kitchen, dining area, half bath, laundry and primary suite with king bed all on first level. Make your way to the second level with a second primary suite with full bath as well as two more bedrooms. One with a queen with relaxing deck and the other with a bunk set. Full bath in hall.
Back yard has patio with seating and gas grill as well as a fire pit. Pets considered with owner approval and an added pet fee. Beach pass provided.
HOME amenities: fire pit, gas grill beach pass, beach towels, beach chairs, K cup coffee maker, all linens included starter supply of items for stay.
