For many years, our family has experienced the joy of staying at Flowering Dogwood and each time, we have been blessed beyond measure! The home is always ready for guests and the view of Table Rock from the deck is magnificent! In addition, the staff was quick to respond to any questions I had. If you are looking for a place to stay in Branson, this is the place!

Beautiful view and the condo was very comfortable for two couples. We would all stay here again The only issue was a nonfunctional television in the master bedroom. Hopefully that issue will soon be resolved.

We had such a great, relaxing time! The view from the deck is gorgeous. We could see the lake and were high enough to see so many beautiful trees. The deck is covered so we got to sit outside and drink coffee. The kitchen is very stocked with everything we could possibly want or need for cooking. Huge screen tv. Comfy sofa we melted into. Very clean. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of places to put our things away. We will definitely come back again!

Great property

It was as stated, clean and quiet. Check in information was sent ahead and i had no problem with check in or property. It was spacious and had great view of Table Rock lake. Only thing is that there were pictures of gyms included but the access was not granted. It was in the email for check in information, but it was a bit disappointing. But other than that, it was a great place.

A few suggestions include the locks on the patio doors need reinforcement and the screens open with difficulty as they fall off track. Kitchen and Bathrooms are quite outdated. Mattresses and pillows are not comfortable. Because of these items, I gave the unit a lower rating.

Super Cute Property

Our stay overall was very favorable! We went over Thanksgiving and this was our first non-hotel stay ever! The process was very easy from check in and check out. The only thing that keeps this stay from getting 5 stars for me is that upon arrival we realized that one of the balcony doors didn’t lock. This was an issue of concern for us with 3 small children. I called the provided number around 6pm and the person I talked to was not very friendly and seemed extremely put off by me asking if there was a way to fix it or something they suggested to keep it from being openable. She told me since the next day was a holiday, it would be Friday before they would get to it. I expressed my concerns about having 3 small children and she told me she would call maintenance and see what they could do and call me back. I never did hear back from her but when we got back later that night, someone had come in and broken a broom and jammed the handle in the door so it couldn’t be opened. I appreciated that this worked as a solution for us. If not for the person I talked to, it would have been 5 stars for us. We would 100% stay again at either this location or another one by this company.

I have stayed at TreeHouse for years. Under this management company it was different and much less personable. I like the increased security with the new deadbolt lock and inside privacy lock. The unit was not super clean. There was dust in the louvered door to the laundry. There were towels in the drawers in the master bath vanity. Over the course of the week I discovered that the owner's closet off the deck was unlocked. Being a best friend of the owner I corrected that. We also found that outside maintenance was performed without notifying us. I thought that was strange. Having all these as well as having to pay so far in advance, any problems having to be notified in writing the check in day, and the increase in price not only of the nightly fee but also the cleaning fee, and all the new rules (some of which were contradictory and confusing)combine to have me looking elsewhere to stay in Branson. I'm not totally opposed to the new changes or I wouldn't have booked and stayed this trip. It is so corporate and detached now that I will be looking for other options. Noting the lack of persons the week we were there I suspect I'm not the only one who is not comfortable with the changes.
