1) Amenities usage fee shall be borne by guests.
2) Common parking inside the premises is for first come first serve basis. Overnight parking is not allowed in this common parking. Parking lot available upon request at a fee of 400/night.
3) Swimming pool usage fee for day use is P100/pax and P200/pax for night use. Open on Tuesdays to Fridays from 6 am to 9:30 pm. Mondays are for maintenance.

5) CLEAN AS YOU GO POLICY. To maintain the cleanliness of the place, guests are required to leave the place clean upon check out. A cleaning fee of Php1000 shall be collected if place is untidy.
6) Sticking or putting anything on the walls is not allowed as it may damage the paint.
7) All appliances are working well and tested prior every check-in. These appliances will be checked upon check-out to ensure no damage has been done. If damages found, guest will be accountable and shall pay for damage fee. Fees vary depending on the item damaged.
