Charming, spacious one bedroom Bay side condo on 33rd Street. Conveniently located near the Bay and the Beach. A short walk to the Ocean and Boardwalk. Close to Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park and many of great restaurants. Near the OC Convention Center, Seacrets, Coconuts Beach Cafe and many other fun attractions.

Perfect for a small family or adult couples who want to stay affordably and comfortably with the amenities of home. Fully equipped kitchen, queen sized bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Bar chairs and dining table for 4 inside and outside.

Large private balcony overlooking the pool for morning coffee and evening cocktails, or work (if you need to). Use the sun shade in the late afternoon. Four chairs for dining outside and lounge chairs available in the closet.

Perfect for a family of up to 4, or 2 adult couples. Third floor walk up. Rents any 3 nights! Optional linen package available. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival, including a sheet set for each bed and a towel set. Add this option to your reservation for a fee, or bring your own. Full comforter in the closet.

Great place to stay by the beach

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting OC MD for 7 days. The check-in process was very quick & smooth, & the people at the front desk of the office (6 minutes from the property) were incredibly friendly. The location of the property was perfect for my fiancé & me. We were able to walk to the beach, convenient stores, & any restaurants/bars we wanted to check out. The only con is that there was a lot of construction above, beside, & below us which caused some frustration. However, that wasn’t anyone’s fault, so we were able to get used to it. Overall, this was a fantastic stay & I’d certainly recommend to others.

Dirty condo with soaking wet carpet in bedroom

When we moved in last week I thought maybe the cleaning staff had dumped a bottle of cleaner before realizing the entire window side of the carpet was sopping wet. The rental agency - Central Reservations - helped dry it out with a special fan and then the whole condo stunk of mold and mildew. When we spoke to the agency they said they’d take care of it but it smelled the rest of the week. The condo was dirty and sandy when we moved in to top it off. Honestly a very bad experience and we were only offered $300 for our troubles which is a total joke compared to how bad of shape the property is in. It really shouldn’t be rented to anyone again until the carpet is ripped out and replaced.

Indoor outdoor carpet on all four levels should be replaced or removed. Just an ugly color and moldy. Swimming pool needed to be vacuumed. A lockbox on the door would be far easier than having to stop at an office 30 blocks away to get keys. bathtub drain and sink Very slow. tub Would fill up during shower before draining. carpet had a pistachio shell stuck to it by a sticky piece of candy. Didn’t realize until arriving that there was no elevator. Kind of sucks starting your vacation having to lug groceries and luggage bags up three flights of stairs after driving four hours. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was usable.

Perfect location!

We have been coming to OC for almost 10 years now and have always stayed in a hotel. We changed it up this year and this place was just what we were looking for. Affordable, no extra frills, but very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is perfect! We loved being such a short distance from the beach and Anthony’s. We could hear the neighbors but that is probably expected when staying in a condo. Overall, we had a great stay and will be back!
