A quick ten minute walk to the merchant area of Candle Lake or Waskatena Beach, this house is fully equipped with two fridges and a wrap around deck with a gas barbeque and a variety of deck furniture to take in the beautiful sunrises and summer heat. The main floor has a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, full bath with a shower and a tub and an open concept kitchen/living room with lots of seating and tv with cable and Internet. Upper level has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a small office nook, half bath and huge window with forest views. Also upstairs is a large family room with two sets of bunks, giant floor cushion, sofa, large television and open area for games and stunning lake and forest views. Two hundred feet of lakefront and trees on two sides make this your private getaway. A large fire pit, an ice shack, free firewood, room to park 4 snowmobile trailers and lake access make this one of the best rentals at Candle Lake.

• 🚭 No smoking inside. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the firepit only. Please do not spray bug spray on the grass or around plants as it kills them.
• 🎉 No large parties or loud noise. Village noise bylaw is in effect from 10 PM – 7 AM
• 🚱 Tap water is safe for drinking. And we supply water and a water cooler for those who prefer bottled water.
• 🚽 Septic system: Please use water responsibly and flush only toilet paper
• 🧼 All garbage must be bagged and placed in bins at the end of the driveway

Terms and House Rules Agreement
By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
• Rule Violations & Disruptions
Any breach of house rules or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your reservation and eviction without refund.
• Damages & Missing Items
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damaged or missing items during their stay.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees
Additional cleaning charges will apply if the property is left in a condition that requires more than standard cleaning.
• Check-In Condition Agreement – By checking in, you accept the lodge in the condition presented upon arrival.
• Your Booking and Number of Guests must match original booking (ie. 4 adults and 4 children). We are reasonable and will consider changes to your numbers if consulted prior to your stay. We want you to have a great stay and we will try to accommodate most requests. Primary booker must be 25 years or older.
• End-of-Stay Responsibility
The property must be left in the same condition as it was at check-in.
• Reporting Issues
Guests must promptly report any damage, malfunction, or issues with the property,

• Remove all food from fridge/freezer
• Strip used beds and leave bedding on top
