Best kept secret at Candle Lake, this beautiful waterfront property is centrally located with stunning lake views. Private little marina for launching canoes and kayaks, dock, firepit with wood, and an expansive deck make this property a great option for families. Ice fishing shack right out front with firewood and snow shoes to access! Property is inspected and cleaned before each new guest and we have all five star reviews. Owners live nearby and can be reached anytime should you encounter any issues.

A quick ten minute walk to the merchant area of Candle Lake or Waskatena Beach, this house is fully equipped with two fridges and a wrap around deck with a gas barbeque and a variety of deck furniture to take in the beautiful sunrises and summer heat. The main floor has a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, full bath with a shower and a tub and an open concept kitchen/living room with lots of seating and tv with cable and Internet. Upper level has a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a small office nook, half bath and huge window with forest views. Also upstairs is a large family room with two sets of bunks, giant floor cushion, sofa, large television and open area for games and stunning lake and forest views. Two hundred feet of lakefront and trees on two sides make this your private getaway. A large fire pit, an ice shack, free firewood, room to park 4 snowmobile trailers and lake access make this one of the best rentals at Candle Lake.

• 🚱 Tap water is safe for drinking. And we supply water and a water cooler for those who prefer bottled water.
• 🚽 Septic system: Please use water responsibly and flush only toilet paper
• 🧼 All garbage must be bagged and placed in bins at the end of the driveway

By booking your stay with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
• Rule Violations & Disruptions
Any breach of house rules or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of your reservation and eviction without refund.
• Damages & Missing Items
Guests will be held financially responsible for any damaged or missing items during their stay.
• Excessive Cleaning Fees
Additional cleaning charges will apply if the property is left in a condition that requires more than standard cleaning.
• Check-In Condition Agreement – By checking in, you accept the lodge in the condition presented upon arrival.
• Your Booking and Number of Guests must match original booking (ie. 4 adults and 4 children). We are reasonable and will consider changes to your numbers if consulted prior to your stay. We want you to have a great stay and we will try to accommodate most requests. Primary booker must be 25 years or older.
• End-of-Stay Responsibility
The property must be left in the same condition as it was at check-in.
• Reporting Issues
Guests must promptly report any damage, malfunction, or issues with the property,

We love all things about Candle Lake and especially the changing seasons. Each comes with its own splendor and opportunity, from the beautiful beaches, fishing, wildlife sightings, bird watching, berry and mushroom picking, water sports and campfires in the summer to the glorious fall colors and hiking and quadding in the the fall, snowshoeing, skiing, skating, snowmobiling and ice fishing in the winter to the welcome thaw and new growth and animal births in the spring.

Why they chose this property

We truly believe we have one of the best properties on the lake! It is surrounded by trees and lake and is at the end of a lane with no through traffic. Wildlife often crosses in front of the house and the little marina in front is home to many ducks, geese and otter. The small marina provides the perfect launch for paddleboards, kayaks and canoes.

We also have a dock for your swimming and sunning pleasure. You can use the dock for dropping off or picking up passengers in your boat - but the boat cannot be tied to the dock for more than an hour or so as unexpected winds may capsize your boat and destroy the dock. Absolutely no overnight docking.

There are many great walking and hiking trails at Candle Lake - some just steps away from the cabin. Village amenities and one of the most amazing beaches in Saskatchewan are just a short 10 minute walk.

The cabin is a year-round, fully-furnished home with 2 full bedrooms and a loft area with two sets of bunks and space to put down an air mattress. The kitchen and living room are open and bright with awesome views from every window. The main bath has both a tub and a separate shower, while the bedroom upstairs has a 2 piece ensuite. The deck is expansive and cradles 2 outside walls and is the perfect place to enjoy the water views and visiting wildlife.

Outdoors, the yard is huge and complete with firepit, firewood and seating, outdoor games like bocce ball and horseshoes and room to play badminton or volleyball. And there is lots of room to park vehicles, boats and snowmobiles. We love to share our little piece of the world with guests and we provide kayaks and canoes and paddleboards and even an ice shack in the winter to ensure our guests have a great experience. We live nearby and will be available to answer any questions or help with any concerns you may have during your stay. No pets - while we love our pets as much as the next person, we do not allow pets of any sort.

Centrally located lake front property that is secluded and private with lots of room for outdoor activities, a beautiful deck and comfortable home with all housewares, linens and bedding and high speed Internet. And amenities like paddle boards and kayaks, and in the winter even an ice shack with wood and a stove not far from the house.
