Kelly Kove is the perfect lake house! Gentle walk to the water, with large beach area on both sides of the dock. Great cove for swimming, fishing or kayaking with spectacular views! Awesome amenities include 2 kayaks, 3paddle-boards, a walk in entrance to the water, fire-pit area overlooking the lake. The dock has a large floater with plenty of room. The interior has recently been completely renovatedand boasts a chef's style kitchen brand new stainless steel appliances. The main level offers an open kitchen, breakfast bar with seating, 2 dining tables, and a living room with a comfortable seating and wall mounted flat screen TV along with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The living room has access to the large deck, perfect for outdoor meals, or just relaxing with your morning coffee overlooking your gorgeous water views. Master bedroom with a king bed, private full bath, along with 2 other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The beautifully renovated lower level offers 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a laundry with full size washer/dryer. The downstairs family room has plenty of seating, foosball table, wall-mounted flat screen TV with. You and your family will want to return year after year to this wonderful home because it truly has everything that you need for the perfect family vacation!!

Family Vacation

House was very nice. Could be cleaner. Floor of primary bath was a little slimy. Outdoor furniture and deck were dirty. Hot tub was cloudy. We contacted the rental agent and someone came out but it never cleared up. The cove was quiet and the dock was great for swimming. Loved the lake. It was our first time at SML but we will definitely return.

Perfect for our Framily

We struggle as group with ages from 1 year to 45 years old to find a place that can make us all happy. everyone had plenty of place and the view and dock were perfect for out lake getaway!

Great family spot

Large house with immediate access to the lake. The kids loved the kayaks! Perfect for a large extended family get-together.

Beautiful house in a relaxing setting

House was perfect for our visit. We had 4 adults and 5 teenagers. The teens loved having the basement to themselves. There are plenty of baby proofing supplies there for those with younger families. Kitchen was very well stocked. Slight issue with the HVAC leaking, but the property manager responded immediately. Lots of room on the dock for everybody to swim and sun bathe. Very easy to “park” the boat. Next door neighbors were very friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.
