Welcome to our home! Exceptional, 3 level, 1650 square foot townhome in desirable Woodhaven located in the East Village. A convenient 15-20 minute stroll from main village. Ski out a short walk across the street and glide down to Orient and Morrisey lifts, ski in (easy for all levels), ride in/ride out in summer! Private garage to store all your toys for your activity of choice.
This home features 3 outdoor patio areas with BBQ, hot tub, gourmet / fully stocked kitchen (including Keurig & drip coffee maker, slow cooker, all cooking spices and oil, etc), gas fireplace, in floor heat, 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs, spacious den in the basement with pull out sofa and double/double bunk beds, dedicated office space with monitor, 58" smart TV, and so much more.
We have outfitted the townhome as our home away from home. The furnishings and amenities are the quality that we have in our permanent home. We are consistently making upgrades to make our home more comfortable for ourselves and also our guests! We renovated our garage storage this past offseason and have upgraded our thermostats to digital. Next up, black out curtains for the master bedroom - perfect for those sunny summer mornings!
Our unit is unlike other 2 bedroom units throughout the resort. We are spread over 3 levels with plenty of spaces for guests to spread out and a comfortable main living area on the second floor offers space for everyone to gather.

We're an active family of 3 living in Vancouver. Ski/Board, golf, hike, bike, fish, snowshoe, camp, kayak, paddleboard...you name it! Sun Peaks is our home away from home and we are so excited to share it with you!
Why they chose this property
Our home is an ideal 3-level, 1650 square foot townhome with main level entry. There are 2 large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms upstairs, open plan kitchen/dining/living area with huge patio and barbeque on the main - an entertainers dream. We have a giant flex space/bunkie downstairs with additional sleeping, second sizable living area with 58" TV and game console, dedicated workstation with monitor, laundry, bathroom and covered hot tub. Magic! Perfect for multiple couples or two families,
**Please note your safety and comfort are paramount to us. The top bunk has a max weight rating of 250lbs and is suitable for only 1 adult and primarily intended for kids.

What makes this property unique
We've got a private secure garage, perfect for changing after a day on the slopes. Plenty of ski/board/boot storage and a wall of hooks and shelves for damp coats/pants/gloves/helmets. In the summer, it's perfect secure storage for your mountain bikes and golf clubs. Please no gear in the house!
