The condo was amazing - plenty of room and loved having 3 bathrooms! The pool and club house were both very close to the unit! The pool was amazing (we went every day) and the guys enjoyed a round of golf; we also ate at the club house - delicious!! Our waitress was absolutely wonderful - so polite and friendly!

My family and I enjoyed our stay, the condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed having access to the pool and the walking trail that was close by. Did not get a chance to eat at the restaurant on the premises this time but it was nice to know that if we did not want to venture out or cook a meal, the restaurant was available. My family and I are looking forward to returning.

This condo was everything we hoped for and more. The living space is cute and comfortable. Love the layout. Quick access to the beach, yet away from all the busyness of it. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. You will not regret booking this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Tidewater. It is beautiful property and very peaceful. Loved the layout of the condo. The only issue we had was the door lock however that was resolved once my husband installed a new battery.

This was our first trip to North Myrtle Beach and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! The Condo is lovely. We are a family of 5 and it fit our bedroom and bathroom needs perfectly! It is clean and cozy. We loved seeing the golfers in the morning practicing before their golf game. We loved Tidewater and enjoyed walking around the community and swimming in the gorgeous community pool. Thank you so much for the lovely stay. We definitely want to come back!

Dirty but great area

We spent the first evening cleaning and rewashing everything due to hairs all over the sheets and bathroom. We had to clean the floors because our feet were black from how dirty the floors were. The area itself was very nice. Especially the pool, wow it was huge and lovely. Golfing was also nice. Easy access to find public entrance to ocean. We felt safe in the gated community as well.

Wonderful property but definitely not waterfront

This is a very nice property in a nice neighborhood. It is very conveniently located as it is within walking distance of the pool, fitness center, restaurant, and club house. The only issue I had was that is listed as waterfront and golf course. There is no water to be seen from this condo and the only view of the golf course is the range. Again, it is a very nice place and we had a wonderful vacation. Just know that it neither waterfront nor golf course

Perfect!

I was sketchy about booking through VRBO,I’ve never used the site and didn’t know how accurate the description would be. However,this place is beautiful. The pool was a bonus,and it’s not far from cherry grove beach along with many other activities. It took us about 25 minutes to get to Myrtle beach boardwalk,however we enjoyed north Myrtle this time. The house will be our go to when booking,way better than a hotel. Loved the kitchen,the individual bathrooms and the beds were so comfy. Everything was clean too which is what I always worry about. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. 10/10

It was an easy and straight forward process! The only issue was the person of contact forgot to give the guards our name to check in so we had to pull back around and contact them again and wait for them to contact the guard to let us thru.

Outstanding Accomodations

The condo is located about 10 minutes from Cherry Grove Beach and 30 minutes from the Boardwalk, Broadway at the Beach, Asher Theater (Murder at the Cotton Club Dinner & Show-excellent), and other fun and exciting activities. Although we were not right on the beach, the drive was super easy. There is a pool within walking distance. We are not golfers, but the course appeared popular because it was packed each day of our visit. The condo is spacious and clean. We loved the screened-in balcony. This was our first time staying at an Evolve property, but we will consider them again.
