Step through the front door to a beautifully decorated space with concrete flooring, two living areas, one with large smart TV and Wifi. A third living area upstairs has another large TV and DVD player with loads of movies to watch when relaxing at home.

The dining area has seating for 12 people at the table and another 4 at the bench top. This is the perfect home to entertain your family and friends with a well equipped kitchen featuring two ovens, butlers pantry, dishwasher and air conditioning.

An outdoor alfresco dining area with BBQ and outdoor dining setting is located just off the kitchen and living areas, these doors can be opened up to the sea breezes on hot days.

4 bedrooms sleeping 8 people BR 1: King bed, BR 2: Queen, BR 3 Queen, BR 4 Queen with full linen and towels provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has ceiling fans and air conditioning, 2 bedrooms with built in robes, the 3rd has a walk in robe and the master has a ensuite and walk in robe. A powder room and laundry downstairs to service the living areas.

No access to the garage. Two cars will fit in the driveway/yard.

Key Collection is between 2pm - 5pm weekdays, 2pm - 4pm weekends, arrival out of these hours needs to be pre-arranged.
