Relax and enjoy a new home in Inverloch's quiet Prom Island Estate.

Located away from the busy town centre, which is conveniently only a quick 4 minute drive away.

Enjoy the natural surrounds of the Screw Creek, including the wildlife. The local kangaroos are frequent visitors.

The Anderson Inlet beach is a quick 3 min drive and is great for the little ones.

Avoid having to collect or drop off the keys with keyless entry via the guest's preferred PIN code.

Fantastic Stay
Nice and clean new house fully equipped. Beyond oir expectation. Only the mattress are too soft for people have back issue. All in all it is good.

This brand new property is a great holiday house for friends & families to stay as a weekend away, everything is perfect except one thing ( the hot water system has a timer that we can’t have a shower in the morning) Overall, the setup is perfect!

Great place to stay on a holiday at Inverloch
The house was very clean and the amenities provided were excellent. The place is located very close to the town centre and the beaches nearby were wonderful. There were plenty of board games that kept the children engaged. We loved it!

happy with our stay
It is a new clean house with good provisions. Spacious and homely. Conveniently located, only a few minute's drive to town. The only negative comment I can make is that it is very inconvenient for holiday travellers to have to bring their own linens and towels. I believe more people will be interested in the property if they are provided. Overall we had a pleasant stay. Thanks.

We are a couple with one son and two dogs from Melbourne. We love spending as much time as possible in Inverloch, and as such, we recently built our new home. We wish to share our home with others so that they can have the opportunity to enjoy everything Inverloch has to offer. We take much pride in our home, and to enhance our guests' experiences, we strive to present a clean and enjoyable home.

Why they chose this property

Our property is located in the Prom Island Estate, which is a quiet area of Inverloch and on the banks of the Screw Creek. Kangaroos frequent the neighbouring farm land and often come into the estate. The town centre is only a short 4 minute drive away, with shops and cafes. The Anderson Inlet beach is also a short 4 minute drive with plenty of parking and is ideal for kids and dogs.
Our all-electric and energy-efficient home was built in mid-2022. With 4 bedrooms and the capacity to sleep 10, it is ideal for very large families or multiple families. The living areas are open plan and lead onto a covered alfresco with a BBQ and large outdoor setting. The backyard has a large grassed area and is fully enclosed, so you can be sure your children are safe.
Access to the property is via our guest's preferred 4-digit PIN code. This means you can easily drive straight to the property, check in anytime from 2pm and not have to pickup keys from a busy real estate agent. We are also able to promptly respond to guest queries. The remote-controlled 2 car garage is also available for guests to use.
