Take a morning walk along Screw Creek, spend the afternoon at Anderson Inlet (just a 3-minute drive), and return to unwind in comfort.

With 4 spacious bedrooms and accommodation for up to 10 guests, our home is ideal for families or small groups of adults. (Please note: bookings for large adult groups will be declined. Parties, loud music, and smoking are not permitted.

Inverloch has always been a special place for us, so in 2022 we built our modern home here to make the most of everything this beautiful coastal town has to offer. We take great pride in our home and go above and beyond to ensure it’s clean, comfortable, and welcoming so our guests can relax and enjoy their stay.

We chose this area because it offers the perfect mix of peace, nature, and convenience. Our home is located in the quiet Prom Island Estate on the banks of Screw Creek, where you're likely to spot kangaroos grazing in the nearby farmland or even wandering through the estate, it’s a lovely touch of nature that makes this spot feel truly special.

Despite the serene setting, you’re never far from town. Inverloch’s cafes, shops, and local amenities are just a quick 4-minute drive away, as is Anderson Inlet beach, which is perfect for kids and dogs, with plenty of parking available.

Our home, built in mid-2022, is a modern, all-electric, energy-efficient retreat designed with families in mind. With 4 bedrooms and space to sleep up to 10 guests, it’s ideal for large or multiple families.

The open-plan living areas flow seamlessly to a covered alfresco with a BBQ and outdoor dining, while the fully enclosed backyard with a large grassy area provides a safe and spacious place for children to play. Guests also have access to a remote-controlled two-car garage for added convenience.
