Inside, you’ll find a bright, north-facing open-plan living and dining space that flows effortlessly into the undercover alfresco zone – a beautiful extension of the smart, well-equipped kitchen and ideal for year-round entertaining.

The home sleeps up to 11 guests comfortably:

• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with private ensuite
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: Two King Single Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)
• Bedroom 4: Two King Single Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)

A centrally located family bathroom services the additional bedrooms, and a reverse cycle heating and air conditioning unit ensures climate comfort throughout every season.

After a sun-soaked day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor hot and cold shower, then gather around the firepit for toasted marshmallows and stories beneath the stars. Guests are also welcome to use the surfboards and boogie boards located in the shed beside the garage (please note: no guest access to the garage).
