Needs some TLC
9400 building and grounds are nice but the condo itself was a let down. Upon walking in there was a mildew smell. Once in and checking the place out there was small hole in wall cracks in the ceiling. Inches of dust on ceiling fans along with the intake ducts. The chicken wire on the patio is rusted and dangerous for small children. If you look at the pictures they have on the site there is no chicken wire. Kitchen floor is a different color than the eating area. June 2023 the guests that stayed said the floor was flooded from the dishwasher well upon fixing we think they used flooring from the dining area for kitchen so it would all match. In laying it down they left gaps between the boards never put the baseboards back on just the corner round and while we were there it flooded on us also. The light in one of the bathrooms is missing a bulb. A few of the appliances are outdated no Tupperware that matched. The griddle was missing the grease trap. The patio furniture on the balcony is not what you get. We had 4 white plastic chairs you can buy at Walmart and a table that is not the one in the photos. There were other things I could list but these were what I felt were the most important. When talking to the Costal Resort staff we found out they don’t own the room it’s a private listing. (I found it on VRBO) I got the impression they don’t do any cleaning or maintenance for the room the owners have to take care of that themselves. Be prepared if you book pics are deceiving
