About this property

You're going to enjoy this lovely two bedroom villa which is located just steps away from the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course clubhouse and driving range. Also very close is the Palmetto Dunes General Store and Alexanders Restaurant.

The kitchen is very nicely updated with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is fully-equipped to meet all of your family's cooking needs.

The dining room adjacent to the kitchen and seats six. There is also a kitchen bar which seats an additional three.

The living room completes the area with its large wall-mounted smart TV and ample comfortable and beach-centric themed seating.

The primary bedroom consists of a king bed, slider to the private patio, wall-mounted smart TV and an en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a tiled tub and shower combination.

The second bedroom consists of two double beds, wall-mounted smart TV and bathroom which has a tub and shower combination.

Fair and Balanced - Condo Yes/Pools No

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful, well-appointed, spacious, clean. The beds were comfortable, lots of closet space (with hangers & iron). The kitchen was stocked with dishes, storage containers, and utensils; the coffee maker could have been better. The patio could use a little love, but the table and chairs were nice, and the grill worked. The pools were hard to find (only found 3 after a week) and needed to be cleaned. One was just leaves, but the other two were murky. Great location/great condo/yucky pools - go to the beach.
