This newly renovated apartment on the second floor of the complex comes with all-new furnishings, bedding, and linens!

2. Bedroom with a KING-SIZED bed with attached full bath and shower

Please note: the one full bathroom is attached to the king bedroom so all guests have to walk through the king bedroom to get to the bathroom.

One vehicle per unit for designated parking space. Any additional vehicles must park on the street and pay. Any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at your expense.

No Daily Cleaning Service

Pack-n-play and highchair upon request to make traveling with little ones easier.
Bedding, towels, and starter sets (hotel size) of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided.

Beach chairs and towels are available for you to use on the beach.

A washer and Dryer are available. The laundry room is located at the back of the building through the back corridor to the right. (Coin operated)

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the units. Any evidence of smoking (smell, ash, damage) will result in immediate forfeiture of the security deposit and potential additional fines

To make your stay more convenient, we provide two sets of towels per guest. Should you need more towels, we recommend using the washer/dryer machine as a rapid solution. Additional towels can also be delivered for a nominal fee.**

February Florida vacation

Nice, clean property in wonderful location, a block away from the beach. Lovely inground pool that would benefit from being heated. Management was very responsive to our questions.
