The Space:

Whether you plan on spending time at Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake or seeing shows and everything Branson has to offer, this location is excellent. Avoid the long traffic lines going to Silver Dollar City because you'll be coming the opposite way most of the traffic is trying to get there. Easily access the lake and the Branson strip!

This fantastic condo is set up very well. The comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, well stock bathrooms and huge balcony create a space that flows very well. Want to spend some time enjoying the neighborhood? The location is just across the street from one of the outdoor pools, horseshoe pit, children's playground and hiking trails to the fishing lake. Although the condo is located on a lower level, there is a ramp as well making it wheelchair accessible.

If having a comfortable condo in a excellent neighborhood with a lot of amenities in an EXCELLENT location, we would love to have you come stay at "Mountain Getaway @ Notch".

Other Things to Note:

**There is a ramp at the end of the building if you or someone in your group struggles with stairs. Otherwise, there are 18 steps total.

*Minimum booking age is 21.

*The seasonal outdoor pool at this location is maintained by the Notch Point Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.

*Pool hours are 8am-10pm during season.

This property is great, perfectly located, clean, the beds were comfortable, AC worked great, beautiful view off the balcony, I enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning watching the rabbits and chipmunks running all around.. it’s set up perfect with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay!! If we come back to Branson will definitely be looking to stay here..

We brought our kids here for a family vacation. The location is perfect for all the Branson attractions and the local nature trails. The view from the large balcony is breathtaking. Perfect fit for our large 6 person family plus is affordable! Hope to stay again and be able to do more things in Branson!

I came up with my kiddo and her friend to celebrate her birthday. The location and condo were wonderful. Trust me when I say that you do want to stay here if you are going to SDC! Traffic was backed up for miles on the other side while we just drove on in. Will recommend!

5 minutes from Silver Dollar City. 15-20 minutes from Branson Landing. Only issue would be the condo smelled like cigarette smoke.

Condo is a walk in & close to SDC

This property was perfect for our family. It is close to Silver Dollar City and is a walk in. The property doesn't look like a walk in from the pictures, but it is. We needed a walk in as my boyfriend is in a wheelchair and our mother has a walker. We like the location as it has a beautiful view of the woods behind. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck.

Softball Tournament Stay

Everything about our stay was great. Booking the property was made very simple. The company communicates very well and responds promptly. The condo was very clean. They also have it equipped with the extras we needed from kitchen supplies to cook and extra box fans. The back balcony was large and very relaxing. It’s located right across from the pool and is located very close to Silver Dollar City. Branson West is only about 5 minutes from the condo and has a good amount of restaurants and grocery type shopping. We loved our stay!

There were dirty underwear in the master bedroom. Also half eaten chicken nuggets in the other bedroom. Also the TV in the master bedroom did not work.

Branson Time

This was exactly as described. I was disappointed on 1st walk through as there was left over food and creamer in the fridge. The remote for front room TV was missing. I threw the food away and requested a remote which was brought quickly to the room. It is an easy place to get in and out of. One night the pool was completely filled with people all together and no one else could get in. Didn’t know you could have such large groups but hopefully they were all staying at the rental. When pulling sheets for clean up we noticed a lot of stains on the mattress protectors and decorative pillows on the beds. This is my 4th stay and I will stay again.

Overall the property was nice and we would recommend it to others. We had some difficulty communicating with the leasing company a couple of months before our stay when we needed to change our checkout date, although this might have been related to technology issues. The condo was quiet and comfortable. Everything seemed to work fine, although the cleaning people left their used rags next to the coffee maker. Easy enough to toss them in the wash with the towels. Furniture is older, particularly the chairs in the living room. Wi-Fi and television worked well. Biggest downside to this particular location is that visitors are not allowed (which we knew ahead of time). My family all descends on Branson annually because my mom lives in the area. We had family members stay at another a condo in the area and we were all able to get passes for our cars so that we could have a barbecue at that complex. This complex posts that only those staying in the complex can use the facilities. As noted, knew this ahead of time and we were able to have our family get togethers at another condo, but just worth noting if you plan to get together with anyone else in the area. Also would note that smoking was only allowed in the parking lots. Even the outdoor picnic areas prohibited smoking. My husband is an avid cigar smoker and loves to have a cigar with his bourbon in the evenings. This particular complex doesn't really have any place to enjoy a cigar.
