Armadale Elegance is the perfect space to enjoy time away with your family in one of Melbourne's most prized locations, close proximity to High Street and Armadale station. Oriented to capture northern sunlight, the open plan kitchen, living and dining room opens out to a secure private garden with outdoor dining table. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs. Third bedroom, bathroom and large office retreat upstairs. Ducted heating, airconditioning and off street parking. Free wifi and linen.

Excellent public transport options to Albert Park Grand Prix, Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne Cricket Ground, Flemington Racecourse and Melbourne City.

This house has a lovely elegant feel to it when you walk in the door.

Downstairs we have

Master bedroom with King bed (Sealy postureperdic mattress) fully renovated ensuite and dressing room. Airconditioned with heating and cooling

Second bedroom at the front of the house with King bed, built in window seating and piano.

Large light and bright living space, central heating and air conditioning, smart Tv with Netflix, Stan and Prime accounts.
Fully enclosed courtyard with out door dining for six and webber barbeque.
Well behaved small dog welcome with prior arrangement.

Stunning stone top Kitchen with Ilve Oven and cooktop. Meile dishwasher. Integrated fridge and freezer with ice maker. Basic Pantry items provided.
Large dining table with seating for eight people
Ducted heating to the downstairs living and bedrooms

Full family bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.

Off street parking for one car with remote control security gate and permit for free street parking for one car

Walk to Popular cafes, bakeries and restaurants in Armadale and High Street.
Armadale train station at the end of the street a quick two min walk and easy access to trams on High Street and Wattletree Road. Armadale train station is a short 12 minute ride to Flinders street train station and the City.
Armadale offers easy transport connections via train, tram and buses.

Armadale, is considered one of Melbournes premier blue chip areas, with High Street, its main thoroughfare, containing high end fashion stores and cafes. Glenferrie Road, a divider between Armadale and neighbouring suburb Malvern, is well known for its shopping and restaurants.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.

If you have no reviews for us to see please email first before using instant booking, we need to know the age range of your guests and the purpose of your stay.  We will come back to you promptly.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
