This second-floor unit was recently remodeled with brand new granite counters, new natural wood flooring and new stainless kitchen appliances. In this efficiency unit it has a large king bed and two comfortable swivel chairs, each with comfortable positions to watch the 65” smart television or to view the expanse of the Gulf of Mexico all the way to the southern horizon. High Speed Fiber Internet is available in every unit. If you prefer to sit on the balcony, comfortable tall chairs await that have a perfect view of the beach and our turtle pond. Being this close to the beach gives you perfect access to the sound of waves crashing and a beautiful Port Aransas sunset.
This kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and dining and the large refrigerator accommodates plenty of refrigerated and frozen provisions.

The newly remodeled bathroom has a large vanity for plenty of room for 2 people, a storage closet for any of your clothes, belongings or even luggage you may have. This unit's gorgeous walk-in tile shower with sliding glass doors has easy access and is perfect for getting refreshed after a long day at the beach.

The property is great - parking is pretty weird, but once you get the hang of it, it's not bad. The walls are very thin in the rooms - you can hear everything everywhere, which is not lovely. The room itself was nice, well-appointed with everything you'd need for several days. Might want to add plastic plates/cups since everything is either ceramic or glass and HUGE and we didn't want to use those provided items.

The units on either side share a connecting door with this unit. One unit connects in the hallway. The other unit connects to the living/bedroom area. We had families with small kids staying on both sides. There is little to no sound dampening. We heard full conversations, lots of loud "MOM. MOM. MOM."s, screaming, dishes clanking, parental festivities when the kids (hopefully) weren't in the room, etc. In addition, the doors to the unit can slam rather loudly if not closed carefully, so there was a lot of loud doors slamming shut, which echoed through our connecting doors as well.The interior of the unit was as advertised. The deck is nice.

Short Vacation

Spent two nights in this great unit! Love the great decor. Since I travel a lot, the bed and shower are important. Both passed! Only issue for us was pantry space in kitchen for food. Otherwise, it had everything. Beautiful view of beach and sunset. Boardwalk makes it easy to get to beach. Pool and hot tub were crystal and cornhole was fun. Will stay here again next time.
