RAINFOREST GETAWAY - Directly on Spring Cove!

Our space is located toward the end of the peninsula just south of Ucluelet's downtown core. It is surrounded by beautiful, tall trees, backs onto a quiet, protected cove, and is a short walk to the Wild Pacific Trail, and Little Beach and downtown. We also have a BRAND NEW Weber grill, perfect for outdoor cooking on the patio.

Between the stunning location, accessibility to trails and beaches, and convenient amenities, our space provides the perfect home-base to go out and explore everything that Ukee has to offer!

Very steep staircase w slippery wood stairs. Not ok for elderly people, anyone w mobility issues or children. Location was on main road, children could not play anywhere outside. Sofa bed was very, very uncomfortable. Should only sleep 4 max as sofa bed was unusable it was so hard. Place was well kept but not actually very family friendly. Nice fireplace and kitchen was ok.

Very nice pet-friendly condominium with two bedrooms on the entrance floor and a hide-a-bed in the living room. This was the end unit; other units also appear to be short-term rentals, but we didn't hear the other tenants when we were inside. The high-ceiling living room / large kitchen is down a very long straight staircase. The building is fairly new, and our suite was very clean, with lots of extras such as fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, washer and drier, gas fireplace, rear porch. Only one vehicle is allowed on the property; others must park on the street - slightly uphill, around a curve. The only entrance is at street level, but in an emergency, people downstairs could escape through the glass door to the porch and climb over the railing. The landlord was great. We never met, but he communicated well with VRBO messages. He warned me about 3 maintenance issues before and when we arrived. We found a couple more during our stay but they were only minor inconveniences. I expect he'll fix them at the end of the season. Ucluelet, a small town, is about a half-hour south of Long Beach. It has decent shopping - a big co-op, liquor and drug stores, surfboard rentals, gas station, pub, tourist shops, nice forested walkways, a couple of nice private campgrounds nearby for the younger set. What more could you want in a resort? Would I stay here again? Yes, I think so, but maybe not at the height of tourist season.

Nice stay

This place worked well for our family. The big open kitchen and living room, with access to terrace and BBQ, worked really well for us. Access on foot to trail and town was great. Clean and modern!

Beautiful place and great location!

The house is gorgeous, the photos actually don’t do it justice. Spacious, stylish space with a west-coast vibe- timber details and nestled into beautiful forest setting. Minutes to great trails and downtown “Ukie”, and about 20 minutes to Tofino. Property is immaculate, quite new with modern baths and kitchen. Comfortable beds and well equipped for prepping some meals. Easy-going host too! Highly recommend this property.
