We had a fantastic stay at this Ratuken property! The fit out of the projector in the bedroom, and the comfortable furniture make this a very comfortable stay for two. It would easily handle more people. It's a sizeable apartment. The private semi-outdoor onsen/bath with artificial minerals is a fantastic touch. Very relaxing! It's a short walk from town and there are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended!

まず、駐車場が若干止めにくい

まず、駐車場が若干止めにくい。 また、特にそれほど車高も低く無いはずなのに、出る時のみ地面に当たった音がした。車(線路側)の駐車場の改善が必要かと。 部屋の感想としては、良かった。 ただ、説明が少し少なくこれはどうしたら良いのかなど不明点が多々あった。 主に片付け方やその他注意点など。

【満足】 ・まだ新築とのことで、全てがきれいでした。 ・ベランダも広くベランダでの食事も楽しくできました。 ・TV、プロジェクタともにYoutube等も見れて良かったです。 ・その他、生活に必要な家電も一通りそろっているので、長い時間滞在するとなっても特に支障はなさそうでした。 【気になる】 ・室内のおふろですが、常に足が濡れてしまい、そのまま室内に戻るのに抵抗がありました。 　(足ふきマットのようなものがあったほうが良いように思えました。) ・2階の足音が聞こえるため、深夜まで足音がしていたので少し気になりました。 　(逆に、こちらの騒音も伝わっているのじゃないかと思い、気にしてしまいました。) ・チェックアウト時に何を行ってよいかわかりませんでした。 　(チェックインの説明はありましたが、チェックアウト時の説明はなく、例えばタブレット操作のみでOKとか、何もせずにOKとか記載しておいてもらえると助かります。) ・シンクが小さいと感じました 　(ホットプレートの大きさがシンクより大きく洗いづらく、無理に洗って傷つける恐れがあり、怖いです

立地も良く、建物も新しくて綺麗でした。 家電も新しいものが揃っていて素晴らしかった。 1階に泊まりましたが、2階の人が歩く音が結構聞こえました。 1棟貸じゃないならもう少し防音しているといいと思いました。 お風呂が気持ち良くて最高でした。
