Thank you for sharing your feedback. We would like to clarify a few points regarding the concerns mentioned. You reported the refrigerator issue during the night, and we assisted by sending an additional freezer the following day to help with the situation. Regarding the grill, it was in working condition. The issue was that propane had not been requested in advance, so it was not provided at the time of arrival. Once you informed us, we delivered a new propane tank. Additionally, due to the inconvenience caused by the refrigerator issue, we waived the grill cleaning fee. We were not notified during your stay about any concerns with the pool being dirty, or broken wall or sofa, so we did not have the opportunity to inspect or address that issue while you were at the property. Hello, we called you before your arrival date and informed you about the wifi issue in this house. We gave you the choice to cancel with full refund or keep the reservation with a 30% discount and you decided to keep the reservation with the discount.
