Comfortable and clean but not worth the price

Bed was comfortable and house was very clean. However, very overpriced for what it is. Advertised as a "couples retreat" but not very private. Came back after attending a nearby wedding at 11:30pm and could hear the occupants upstairs washing dishes and stomping around. We were told we could park in the driveway but there was already a car and caravan parked there. More of an additional room for rent than the private retreat as advertised. Very expensive
