Located 20 minutes from central Melbourne, close to Tullamarine Airport and walking distance to shops, train station and other amenities, Florentine Villas are fully equipped with all things necessary for both short and long term stays, including our complimentary Wifi, and keyless entry.

Each villa comprises of 2 bedrooms,1 bathroom, separate lounge and dining rooms, large gourmet kitchens with dishwasher, full bathroom with hair dryer, fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryers and ironing facilities, remote control garage door, central heating, air-conditioning, and private relaxing courtyard with outdoor furniture. The lounge is equipped with TV and DVD player.

Each master bedroom is equipped with a QS bed and large wardrobe, shelves and drawer space. All other bedrooms have either Queen or single beds with large wardrobe, shelves and drawer space.

All utilities are included in the tariff. BBQ facilities are available on request.

Location is good

Bedding was old and smelly. It was not well stocked or cleaned. Totally overpriced for what it was. It is one of the worst stayz homes we have stayed in.

Overnight stay

Villa was nice and clean, location was easy to find however the numbering of the villas was a little confusing. Also our villa had a very steep driveway and it was a tight fit getting my sedan into the garage.
