Stock up on fresh ingredients from the Woolies next door and whip up something delicious in the well equipped kitchen, kitted with sleek white cabinetry, modern appliances and basic essentials. The living area opens out to private balcony where you can soak up the sun or get a breath of fresh air.

Experience unparalleled relaxation in both bedrooms. The air-conditioned primary is complete with a luxurious queen-sized bed and ample storage space for your belongings. An attached ensuite adds to your convenience. The second bedroom is just as stylish as the first, replete with a queen bed, hotel-quality linen and towels and a double-mirrored wardrobe so you can unpack and feel right at home. The main bathroom offers additional space for guests to freshen up with a spacious shower with complimentary toiletries.

A front loader washing machine is available for the duration of your stay along with an iron and ironing board. If you are driving, feel free to park your vehicle in the secure parking space on the property.

**Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.

*Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Apologies in advance, but council restrictions do not allow us to set up lockboxes for keys in this area. Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $30 for check-ins after 8 pm, and $60 after midnight. Thank you for understanding.
