A couple hiccups but was able to work through them with the help of the verall, it's a lovely location and we made some wonderful memories in this cabin.
We had such a wonderful stay! The house was in a perfect location—just a short drive to the beach, which was absolutely ideal for our 2.5-year-old. The lake was calm, clean, and so family-friendly. The host was fantastic—super responsive and incredibly helpful, especially with tips for enjoying the July 4th festivities and local activities. It made our holiday experience even more special. We’d absolutely love to come back again next year for the 4th!
We appreciated access to Pine Lake and retreating to this quiet, secluded property afterwards. A day trip to Yosemite was super easy as well. Add a cocktail at the historic and amusing Iron Door in Groveland to finish out the week!
It's a beautiful location and a good house to rent. It was perfect for 4 adults and 4 teens. The living space is ideal: big living room, game room, patio. The kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are well stocked. Beds are comfortable and plenty of extra blankets are provided.
The bed in the master bedroom was very squeaky, patio pillows need a good cleaning (I am not sure if it's even maintainable to keep those clean all the time though) and a better vacuuming job would be wonderful. I would recommend this property for others, and I would stay here again.

Great House
This house really was perfect for our party of 10. There was lots of space to be together but also lots of space to be separate if you wanted. The issue I had was with the property manager not being responsive. The mattress’ were not comfortable and the master mattress was very squeaky.

After being on the road driving for 7 hours, timing our check-in time of 4 pm, we received a call from our "concierge" saying she was running behind in cleaning the house and take our time getting there. We did not get into the house until 4:45 and the concierge was still there cleaning. There weren't enough clean bath towels for our family of 10, but plenty of dirty ones in the laundry room - we had to wash them. The garbage can was opened up and down the hill about 20 yards with garbage spread everywhere. I contacted her and was told a story about how she fell and hurt her back on Tuesday, this was Thursday night. It was addressed the next day, Friday around 3pm, scheduled garbage pick up day in the AM. Still garbage on the ground and garbage can was 3/4 full. Other examples included were empty or almost empty propane tanks, glad we bought one with us. Spider webs and spiders throughout the outdoor kitchen area. Many kitchen dishes, utensils and appliances were not cleaned and usable unless we cleaned them. There was a lack of an appropriate amount of kitchen utensils and silverware for a single meal for our size group.

Hi Keith, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered during your stay.
- It truly was bad timing, our cleaner sprained her back right before this cleaning was to be completed, which caused a delay in the home being ready upon your arrival. Although this was unforeseen and completely outside of our control, again, we sincerely apologize that this happened during your stay.
- We have since addressed the spider issue with a deep cleaning throughout the house which included washing all of the outdoor cushion covers. The indoor cushions were also scrubbed, and all corners have been dusted and de-spidered. There is an on-going issue with bears trying to get into our trash and that situation has improved with new more secure trash cans.
We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
