Located just across the road from stunning Shoal Bay beach and a quick two-minute walk to the Shoal Bay Country Club, local shops, fabulous choice of quality restaurants and cafes and beautiful Tomaree National Park.
Freshly painted and stunning floating floorboards are throughout the entire unit, the living area has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, DVD player and DVD’s, games and books provided for your convenience. There is a lovely side facing balcony off the living area with water views of Shoal Bay beach. The kitchen has been renovated and has complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and a family size fridge / freezer.
Two bedrooms both providing ceiling fans and free-standing wardrobes and the main bathroom has the convenience of having a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity.
There is also an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine and dryer plus the unit provides an undercover car space and one open car space.
