About this property

Pet friendly 4 bedroom property in the heart of Penola.

Large stone house within a short walk to local Foodland and then main street shopping/dining opportunities just a touch down the road. 3 large and comfortable bedrooms with each having a smart TV that has FTA channels already logged in. 4th bedroom is a little smaller.

The house features a fully sized and equipped kitchen and separate lounge and dining areas. A large split system, slow combustion fireplace, large TV and piano complete the living/entertaining areas.
EV charging is not allowed without prior permission.
Pets are very welcome, just avoid beds please. And there is also a BBQ area courtyard where hounds can be outside and secure.

You won't regret basing yourself at Ralphy's Rest for your Coonawarra getaway.

We enjoyed our stay, good sized house and yard for dog. Well equipped kitchen, figured out the TV and teens enjoyed themselves. Needs to figure out parking, as when it's wet no cover. Would happily stay again

Pet friendly holiday home in Penola

We had a good time exploring the local area and Limestone coast and visited Victoria, it made for a good base. Dogs were happy in the home and small garden area. Some of the listed appliances didn’t quite work as expected but the owner said he would look into getting them working again, ie dishwasher and air conditioner in lounge. Comfortable beds and kitchen cupboard well stocked with seasonings and the complementary offerings were a nice surprise.

All we expected. The place needs some small bowls added to crockery inventory. Unable to work the living room a/c. Couldn’t find instructions for a/c. Windows unusually hard to open (easy to fix).

Lovely property, a short walk to the heart of Penola and a short drive to the Coonawarra wineries. Very comfortable and clean and all the amenities you need / want. With a little more wood and a secure dog fence, which I know is coming, this will enhance it even more. Thank-you and see you again!
