Very Nice Accommodation

Lovely condo near attractions. Our family was comfortable in this very very clean and cozy condo. With so many to choose from, we were blessed to have picked the best one!!! Lots of room to spread out and everything we needed was here. The host was very nice and we got clear instructions how to find the property and check in procedures. 100% great experience. Will book again.

Business Trip/Fun Trip

We were in town on business and needed a convenient condo. This place did not fail to impress. Very clean and tidy plus all the amenities we could hope for. New sheets and towels was an added bonus. Great Wifi which is important to us on a "working holiday". Nicely situated convenient to many great restaurants and other points of interest. I wish we yad more time to explore. We will have to come back again to see all the sights. Live this place. It felt like home away from home.

Nice condo but service issue

The condo was nice and worked for our family but the issue we had was the tv. We turned the tv on and scanned for channels and got nothing and no way to add on our streaming app(you tube tv). The master had Roku but started no internet even though the internet was working. No instructions in the condo of how to use the tv options. We called the property manager and explained the situation but she stated that this was a new property and not able to trouble shoot. Someone was to come to see what the issue was but no one did. We had others to do as we brought games but there were times that the adults watch movies on the laptop. Not fun.

Didn't Know I Was Coming

I booked my rental on August 6, 2022, for the weekend of August 26 - August 28, 2022. Fast forward to Friday, August 26, and I had received nothing from Vrbo or the property manager. The listing informed me that I could check in at 3 pm that day; however, I couldn't because I didn't receive the code for the door until 4 pm that day. After this debacle, I was finally given the code and upon arrival, I realized that no one had told me what apartment was my rental. I had no way of contacting the host until I got a message from Vrbo regarding my host's number and email. I texted the number provided with no answer for about 10 minutes; in that time frame, I was fortunate enough to figure out which apartment was mine. After getting everything carried up to the apartment, I received a phone call from the host telling me that she didn't even know I was supposed to be staying there that weekend (which is funny because I messaged through the app 3 times before I arrived). After this comment, she asked "does the apartment look clean at least?" then also asked me if "I had seen a Tupperware container with fruit that the last guest had left," which to me indicated that no one had cleaned or been in there since the last stay. Everything seemed fine afterward because the apartment did seem clean on the surface, but the longer I stayed I realized it wasn't all that clean. My final complaint is that in the guest binder, NONE of the information was correct: the door code, the wifi name, and even the wifi password. The trip was fantastic and we did have a very nice time; however, I just feel that the small group that stayed had invested quite a bit of money just to feel not significant.

Caitlin, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. - We confirmed with Evolve the pre-stay email was sent to you on 8/12 and again on 8/23, I'm not sure what email address but you might want to check your spam folder - My cleaner does a great job and when she is busy she doesn't always hear the phone ring, but she would have not answered a phone call knowing that there are guests who need help and she needs to be available. She also keeps track of her bookings to be sure that every guest walks into a location that is clean and ready - We will ensure that all of the information in the guest binder is correct but we have not had this complaint - You sent Nancy a text about your stay and you said how much you loved it and how beautiful it was, adding that you would be booking again in the future - your review does not reflect this text I'm sorry if you had issues but you were in contact and we would have appreciated if you could have given us the opportunity to address your concerns We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to provide our guests with the 5-star experiences we are known for.

Home away from Home

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was only about 5 minutes from the busy strip so it was extremely convenient for us. The place was roomy and accommodated all 10 of us. We had 6 kids and 4 adults and it worked out just great, the kiddos loved staying in the room with the bunk beds! We had a small issue with the blinds for the balcony but when I reached out to the host, she responded immediately and was very pleasant to deal with. We actually left some medicine there (my 10 year old sister left her meds for her liver) and Nancy responded right away and even went out of her way to mail it back to us! We got to enjoy the community pool and the kids had a blast! We would definitely recommend staying here and coming back again.

Weekend getaway

This property was great. Easy check in, perfect size for 2 families, great location. I would recommend getting new mattresses and pillows. Some things were very worn down and not in good shape. There was also an ashtray and lighter left out on our patio and it wreaked of smoke. Thankfully the inside did not smell, but was kind of a gross discovery. Overall good stay though.

Highly recommend

It was a pleasant unit, very close to “the strip”. They left mints on all our pillows and a sparkling cider to celebrate our reunion. It is a great property and highly recommend.
