About this property

Close to all the recreational activities of the Noosa River and adjacent parklands, this 2 bedroom townhouse is also within an easy stroll of the popular restaurant and retail precinct of Gympie Terrace.

Situated away from the main road, the townhouse-style is located in a quiet position, only a short distance from the beautiful pools, BBQ areas and tennis courts. There is also an on-site pizza restaurant for those easy dinners!

The apartment is light-filled, with ample cross flow ventilation. It also has air-conditioning and ceiling fans, so is comfortable all year round. There is an undercover carport.
The open plan dining area and the living room flow onto a spacious, shady terrace, ideal for relaxation or alfresco dining.

You can cross the road to the Noosa River for walking, fishing or sailing, or stroll through the riverside walking paths to playgrounds, restaurants and shops.

The famous and popular Noosa Main Beach at Hastings Street is only a 10 minute drive away, or a short bus or ferry ride.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location

Great service from utopia, always there if we needed anything. Awesome townhouse in a lovely resort. Good facilities and a close drive to shops and Noosa Heads. Would book again with Utopia and stay at Ivory palms too :)
