Conditions of Use

• For up to 14 people, guests will only have access to the house's downstairs (6 bedrooms in total downstairs )

• For 15 -20 people, guests will have access to double levels whole house, up to 8 bedrooms in the entire house, to host's discretion.

Conditions of booking:
• Must register the actual number of guests correctly to approve your booking. Will require a list of each guest's full name and age detail to the host.
• Booking with an incorrect total guest stay number and an incomplete list of full names and ages will not be confirmed.
• NO PARTY OR EVENTS TO BE HELD IN THIS PROPERTY.
• Once booking is approved, any changes made after will made decided upon host's discretion.
• With any changes, with host's discretion, booking may be cancelled.

Complimentary included: offsite Twin Creeks Estate community facilities Tennis Courts, and Swimming Pool to enjoy during your stay on request at the time of reservation.

An Add-ons for special events function room hire fee, and bond of $500.00 will apply by Twin Creeks Community Function Hall subject to availability. Guests will take full responsibility and adhere to terms and conditions.

Other details to note

• Some items like the furnitures, paintings, and décor have been upgraded.
• Due to the covid and unexpected demand for toilet paper rolls, we will provide two rolls in each bathroom for each stay.
• Outdoor - BBQ stove, pizza oven provided and Indoor – Oven, cooktop, and fridge provided. Please MUST clean it after use. Otherwise, AUD$50-$100 extra fees will apply.

Cleaning before check-out:

• Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and wash. After washing, pack away in cupboards before leaving.
• Place unused food in garbage bags and remove garbage bags into the red bins provided outside the house.
• Place all furniture in its original position on the check-in
• Leave the house clean as to how you have checked in as a courtesy.
• Turn off ALL light and aircon switch before you leave.

The listing that was posted was not accurate. It showed rooms in the house that was not available.

The listing was not accurate. The master bedroom that was shown in the photos was not available for us to use. When I got there the room was locked and when I messaged the owner she told me it was only available if I paid extra ontop of the large price tag already given. It did not say anything in the description about this. It was falsely advertised. Do not recommend this property

Lovely large property suitable for groups

We had a fantastic stay at this property, we are a sporting group who needed to cater for teens and adults allowing appropriate seperation in zones of the house as well as beds. They were very happy to work with us to find a solution and configure the sleeping arrangements for it to all work for us. There was ample room for our large team and some family members to visit of an evening with lovely outdoor areas and plenty of seating in the kitchen/dining as well as lounge and media areas. Cooking facilities were ample and we utilised the bbq, stove, oven and made good use of the nespresso coffee machine! As it was raining during our say, the very very huge garage was so useful for our team to do drills while there was more than adequate parking on the property. The bathrooms, laundry were all well apointed and clean with lovely products to use, our beds were all comfy and towels were left to be used also. Overall this was a great stay, just a shame about the weather so we could have explored more of the pool, tennis, golf course. We had a number of our team families also complement the property suggesting it would be amazing for a number of families or a big family get together with the ability to zone areas of the house to different groups yet enough common space and cooking facilities. Thank you again it was great to stay in your lovely home.

Luxury estate

A great place for such a large group. Awesome space, ideal location as a base, and great facilities to cook breakfast & unwind after a long day. Connie was a great communicators & made check in so easy :) Thank you again! Highly recommend this place.
