Escape to this unique retreat featuring two spacious family houses and a charming granny guest house, all interconnected for convenience yet offering privacy when needed. Ideal for group travelers or families, this accommodation can comfortably host up to 18 guests (22 with additional sofa beds and mattresses).

House 1:

4 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 1 bunk bed, and 2 sofa beds
2 bathrooms
Accommodates up to 10 guests

House 2:

3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 2 single beds, and an extra mattress
1 bathroom
Accommodates up to 7 guests

Granny Guest House:

2 double beds and 1 sofa bed
1 bathroom
Accommodates up to 5 guests
This property is perfect for gatherings, with ample space including a large backyard, pool table, table tennis, BBQ facilities, and a good-sized deck. The covered patio is ideal for meetings or conferences, while the fully equipped kitchens in each house ensure a comfortable `home away from home` experience. Whether for family reunions, retreats, or group travel, this versatile property offers the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness.

Guests can use all parts of property except the shed and garage of 1st house. These are used as storage, laundry for doing an excellent service for you.

Yes, you can contact the host anytime except those sleeping hours between 10 pm and 7 am. But in emergency you can ring 3 times and i phone will alert me.

No Party or events will be allowed. Because so many guests will be together, there will be gatherings anyway, but make sure not to play loud music. All damages to the property will need to be informed and paid.
1. Check-In/Check-Out Times
Check-In: From 3:00 PM
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM
Please adhere to the check-in and check-out times to allow enough time for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
2. Noise and Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
Please be mindful of noise during these hours, especially in shared building spaces. Keep noise to a minimum in the apartment, including music, voices, and TV volume.
3. Maximum Occupancy
The apartment can accommodate up to 32 guests with extra beddings. Please do not exceed this limit for the comfort of all guests and to comply with building regulations.
4. Smoking and Vaping
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the apartment or any indoor areas of the building. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
5. Pets
Pets are allowed with a petfee of $75 for each pet.
6. Parking
Parking is available for one vehicle in the designated parking space. Please ensure that the space is used for its intended purpose and avoid parking in any other spaces.
7. Security and Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment, especially at night.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your party.
Fire Safety: The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. Do not disable them.
8. Respect for Property
The Houses are fully furnished with high-quality items. Please treat everything with care and respect. If any damage occurs, please inform us immediately.
Please avoid rearranging furniture.
9. Cleanliness
We kindly ask guests to keep the Houses tidy during their stay.
Trash Disposal: Please dispose of all garbage in the designated Garbage bins located in front of each house. Ensure that all trash is placed in a bag before disposal.
Please do not leave food waste or garbage in the Houses.
Take all personal belongings with you upon check-out.
A cleaning fee will be applied if the Houses are left in an excessively dirty condition.
10. Appliance Usage
Please use all appliances and amenities (air conditioning, heating, kitchen, etc.) responsibly and as intended.
If you encounter any issues with the appliances, please notify us right away for assistance.
11. Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted inside the Houses. If you have visitors, please notify us beforehand to ensure compliance with building regulations.
12. Respect for Neighbors
Be courteous and respectful to neighbors. Its a residential area and little ones are sleeping in the night.
13. Lost and Found
We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items during your stay. Please check that you have all your belongings before checking out.

Our Houses are conveniently located near Nepean Hospital and Penrith Town, both easily accessible. For your convenience, there are nearby cafes, restaurants, and public transport options.
