This comfortable, spacious, renovated & classic Mt Gambier stone home is close to the CBD with a short walk to cafes, Engelbrecht Cave and the beautiful Vansittart park & playground. Blue lake 5 min drive .Just like a home way from home, there is room for 6 guests to rest and relax, with off-street parking available for your boat or trailer. Wine-buffs, Divers and fishing people welcome with the Coonawarra, Port Macdonnell, Ewen's Pond & Kilsby's sinkhole a 20 min drive away. A secure and safe yard for kids to play. Dogs permitted by negotiation.

Please be quiet and respectful of neighbouring residents when arriving and departing from our property
Please do not drag luggage or furniture on our polished floorboards (dogs not allowed on floorboards, just tiled area)
If you accidentally make a mess, please use the cleaning equipment in laundry area to tidy up.

Christmas 2024 holiday

House was lovely and very suitable for our family plus medium-sized dog. Great sized backyard and the property is well maintained and very clean. Also nice to have plenty of toilet paper, soap, etc. Some small suggestions - perhaps an oil heater available as even at 14 degrees our baby was quite cold in the portacot. Also some beach/swimming towels would have been great.
