Lovely new cabin: 1 queen bedroom with pullout couch in living room and 2 twin day beds in the sunroom. Fully equipped kitchen, BBQ & outdoor Fire pit.
Lounge on the wrap around deck overlooking Lake Minnedosa & enjoy your morning coffee. In the evening, you will be treated to the most beautiful sunsets that you can enjoy by the fire. Green space directly out front of the cabin is the perfect place for kids and dogs to play.
Playgrounds, beach + canteen are right across the green space. (beach chairs for adults + kids as well as beach toys are on hand).
Fishing, Bison reserve and delightful shops and restaurants in the town of Minnedosa are all within short walking distance. Lots of great walking/biking trails as well.
Brandon, Riding Mountain National Park and Clear Lake all a 35min drive away.
Be sure to pick up legendary cinnamon buns from the Minnesdosa Bakery, pizza & wings from Blazers, coffee/lunch at Farmhouse 50 (all 3 on Main Street) https://farmhouse50.com/ as well as great food and ice cream treats from the Dairy Aisle Drive-In (at the very end of Main Street on 6th Ave).
The museum & heritage village is a short walk across the dam and is certainly worth checking out: https://www.minnedosa.com/p/museum-heritage-village
For entertainment, we love the bowling alley! https://minnedosabowl.ca/ As well, the hotel usually hosts live music on the weekends, with pub food & pool tables for billiard enthusiasts. https://valleymotel.ca/
Groceries, gas and firewood can be found at CO-OP just down the street from the cabin. Groceries and bait for fishing can also be found at Kim's Quality Foods on Main Street.
Should the need arise, there is also a laundromat (Busy B's) in town on Main Street. *please note that all linens & towels are included with the cabin rental*

About the host
Hosted by Keri Cress

We live in Winnipeg and unfortunately do not get out to Minnedosa as often as we would like. The property has been in our family for generations and has been completely rebuilt. Minnedosa is an incredible town with an abundance of offerings. The beach is phenominal, the town is adorable and we love the open green space in front of the cabin for children and dogs to play.
What makes this property unique
The cabin is situated on the front row- overlooking a vast green space with the damn and Lake Minnedosa beyond. Incredible sunsets to be enjoyed!
